Playing with LEGO® made of DNA (keep playing ...)
To make LEGO® with DNA, branched structures, like 3- or 4-arm junctions are often used. with these, many different shapes can be obtained. These bricks are made by designing the sequences of 3 or 4 different strands, each consisting of 2 sections, where one section in a molecule is complementary to another section in another molecole (as you did before).
